2- 16 oz jar... 1 spoonful on empty stomach... at lease 15-20 mins before consuming any food. You may add to a glass of water with limes for a more palatable flavor to drink or sip as a cold or hot tea but, it's just fine right out the jar ( scoop and eat just as you did peanut butter as a kid ). : Sea moss is rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals that may boost the immune system and protect against infections. Gut Health: Sea moss contains prebiotics, which feed the beneficial bacteria in the gut and promote digestive health. Weight Management: Sea moss is a good source of fiber, which can help keep you feeling full and reduce calorie intake. Heart Health: Sea moss is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, which may help lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease. Thyroid Health: Sea moss is high in iodine, which is essential for thyroid hormone production.

Other Potential Benefits: Some studies suggest that sea moss may also have anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, and wound-healing properties.
